Amelie Beauty primarily uses SF Express to provide delivery services. The shipping costs are as follows:
- Basic Rate: HK$30 for the first 1 kg, and HK$6 for each additional kg.
- Free Shipping Offer: Enjoy free local shipping within Hong Kong for orders over HK$600.

Important Notice
‼️ SMS Pickup Notifications from SF Express will no longer be available starting August 6, 2024 ‼️
- Notifications will be replaced by the SFHK APP.
- Customers must download the SFHK APP and enable push notifications to ensure timely updates on parcel status.
- Once the parcel arrives, you can track its status in real time and retrieve the "pickup code" via the app.
SF Locker Usage Notes
- Please collect your parcel from the locker within 24 hours of successful placement.
- An additional fee of HK$10 will be charged for every 24-hour period the parcel remains in the locker.

Shipping and International Delivery Details
- In-stock Items: Typically shipped within 2-4 days. If there are special circumstances (e.g., out-of-stock items or pre-orders), we will contact you directly.
- Pre-order Items: Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped together once all items are ready.
International Shipping:
- Shipping fees are borne by the customer and will be communicated after order confirmation.
- Free Shipping Offer applies only to local deliveries in Hong Kong and Macau, and does not include international shipping.
- Please ensure you understand the customs restrictions and duties of the destination country.
Notes for Customers in Macau and Taiwan:
- Please include your full name and ID number in the order notes for customs clearance.
- Customs duties and fees are borne by the customer.
- Prices displayed on our website exclude taxes.
- Additional fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Processing and Delivery Arrangements
We are committed to providing you with fast and reliable service, and we strive to ship in-stock items within 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation. When you place an order on our website, the system will provide an estimated delivery time. Our team will make every effort to complete the delivery within this time frame; however, due to various external factors, we cannot guarantee adherence to the estimated time.
All orders are insured during shipment until the ordered products are delivered to you or collected by you. At the time of collection, you will be required to sign a delivery receipt, which signifies that you assume responsibility for the ordered products. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, such as in the case of a gift delivery, you agree that their signature serves as evidence of our delivery and fulfillment of your order. You also accept that responsibility for the products is transferred in the same manner.
Additional Terms
- We reserve the right to charge additional fees for cases such as incorrect/incomplete addresses, unattended delivery locations, or orders with multiple delivery destinations.
- Special Notice for Macau Deliveries: All oral health supplements cannot be shipped to Macau.
