Order Cancellation and Exchange

Once a customer's order is confirmed, we do not accept any cancellations. Similarly, we do not accept exchanges or refunds requested due to personal reasons.

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify our Customer Service team via email at shop@ameliebeauty.de or WhatsApp on the same day of receipt to discuss the arrangement for a replacement or return.

Please note that before providing any refund or return service, we will verify the condition of the product. Products that are not eligible for return will not qualify for any refund or exchange service.

If you change your mind after the order is confirmed, you may contact us within 1 hour of confirmation. We will do our best to assist with an exchange or convert the purchase value into equivalent membership points for use in your next purchase.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will proactively contact you to arrange further handling.

Refund and Exchange for Damaged Products
All our products undergo thorough quality control and are carefully inspected again before shipping to prevent defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team via email or WhatsApp on the day of receipt. All original packaging must be intact. We may ask for a detailed description and photos of the product's condition to resolve the issue. Otherwise, we may suspect the product has been used or damaged.

All refund and exchange requests are subject to our inspection and confirmation. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. There will be no additional shipping or tax charges for the replacement item.

For products that do not meet the conditions for return or exchange, we regret that we will be unable to provide the relevant services. We appreciate your understanding.

Handling Damaged Products During Shipping

If a product is damaged during shipping, please take photos or videos of the product and packaging immediately after unboxing and retain all packaging materials. Contact our Customer Service team via email or WhatsApp immediately, and we will assist in investigating the issue as quickly as possible. We reserve the right to request photo evidence of defective products.

Upon verification, we will replace the damaged product with the same item or convert the purchase value into equivalent membership points for future use.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
