How to use:
Thigh Massage: Apply Shaping Oil to the thigh, starting just above the knee. Gently pinch the skin between your thumb and forefinger, pulling it slightly away from the muscle.
Thigh Pinch Massage: With the leg bent, begin massaging from the knee upwards, using light pressure as you continue up to the buttocks, always massaging in the direction of the heart.
Belly Massage: Rub some Shaping Oil on your stomach and use the palms of your hands to massage in circular motions around the navel, alternating between left and right. Finally, gently pinch the skin on the belly.
