A dietary supplement, with each capsule containing 500mg of pure, cold-pressed Egyptian black cumin seed oil from Nigella sativa. The use of black cumin seed oil has been documented for over 2,000 years.

The formula is enriched with additional vitamins: Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress; pantothenic acid and folic acid play roles in various metabolic processes; biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes; and Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

The recommended dosage for adults is 3 times daily, 2 capsules per dose, taken with sufficient liquid.
