Recommended Usage
Stir 1 sachet into a small amount of water, diluted fruit juice, milk, yogurt, muesli, or other food.
Allow at least 1 minute activation time, stir again, and consume.
Best taken on an empty stomach, such as before breakfast in the morning and/or before dinner or bedtime.
Maintain at least a 1-hour interval between taking the probiotic and any antibiotic.
Dosage by Age:
Children under 3 years: During antibiotic therapy, take 1 sachet twice daily. After therapy, continue with 1 sachet once daily for 10-14 days.
Children 3-6 years: During antibiotic therapy, take 1-2 sachets twice daily. After therapy, continue with 1-2 sachets once daily for 10-14 days.
For those with fructose intolerance, extend the activation time to 30 minutes.
